Dear music gear manufacturer,

It has brought to Mauro Hector Music, Inc. and www.maurohector.com.br attention that there are some unknown people using Mauro Hector's name and well respected career and reputation to approach several music gear manufacturers all over the world asking for free products, sponsorship, or advance replacement of "damage" products. 

Please be aware that if you have received an email such as maurohector@gmail.com or any other name combination or web server extension rather than the official website @maurohector.com.br  This is a fraud! 

The real Mauro Hector ONLY uses the email account via his website which is: contato@maurohector.com.br or maurohector@maurohector.com.br

Mauro Hector is represented in United States by Gustavo Pierry who is the only person authorized to contact any company on behalf of Mauro Hector. If you need to contact Gustavo Pierry, you can reach him at gpierry@gmail.com or (949) 842.3724.

Note, any other name combination or web server extension rather than gpierry@gmail.com is a fraud as well.

If you need to double check the authenticy of an email/contact, please send an email to contato@maurohector.com.br or gpierry@gmail.com

Also, do not ship any free products to a PO Box, this is a fraud!

Mauro Hector is NOT requesting any free products from any manufacturer anywhere in the world.

Many of guitar gear manufacturers worldwide, specially manufactures of guitar pedals, are receiving emails from certain scam acount such as maurohector@gmail.com for example asking them to ship products to PO Box:

Last but not least important, we would like to find out who is doing this. So, if you have any names, phone numbers, email or home addresses we could use to track those people, please let us know so we can take it to the police.
